Responsibilities
Individuals are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality care. They must demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles, assess patient data, interpret information, and develop individualized care plans aligned with hospital policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Requires an Associate's Degree of Nursing (ADN) and a current valid OK or Multistate RN License. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer. Preferred: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Skills
