Registered Nurse - General Medical/Surgical

About the role

Full-time General Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position working day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care per HHS standards.
• Demonstrating age-specific care knowledge.
• Interpreting patient data.
• Developing care plans to ensure efficient, effective, and quality care.
• Adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree of Nursing (ADN).
• Current valid Oklahoma or Multistate RN License.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
