About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical (Acute Care) Unit, providing essential patient care and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life processes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate communication to guide patients through their health journeys, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing school required.
- Valid RN licensure in the appropriate state is mandatory.
- One year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Prior license inactivity, retirement, or lapses exceeding five years require completion of a Board-approved refresher course for license reinstatement.
