Registered Nurse (Future Opportunities)

About the role

We seek compassionate Registered Nurses dedicated to psychiatric and behavioral health care. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, recovery-focused nursing services, support individuals' wellness and independence, and oversee operational tasks such as scheduling and staff evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessments and interventions
• Monitor medication administration and effectiveness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans
• Support individuals' wellness and independence
• Oversee operational tasks including scheduling and staff evaluations

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• At least four years of psychiatric nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and stages of change
• Flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, or holidays
