Responsibilities
- Monitoring resident health

- Cooordinating with MDS compliance
- Serving as a clinical resource during emergencies
- Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
- Assisting with admissions
- Serving as a clinical resource during emergencies
- Supporting staff through coaching and supervision
Qualifications
- A current RN license
- Experience in long-term care or senior healthcare
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Demands
- Handling objects up to 50 pounds
- Working in a healthcare environment
- Staying active throughout shifts
