Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses (RN). Coverage Area: Ft Lauderdale, FL / Broward County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required

Pay

• Pay-per-visit model: $45–$51 per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually
