Registered Nurse, (Full Time Nights/PRN) - Up to $15k Signing Bonus Offered!

About the role

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.
• Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more.
• Play a critical role in managing a wide range of complex medical needs, including IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains.
• Provide care during 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay).

Requirements

• RN License (State of WI)
• BLS required
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Over the course of a shift, a significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.

Pay

• Base Compensation Range: $38.77-$48.20/hr depending on years of experience

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, 7:00-7:30, every other weekend
