Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning duties with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during night shifts (7 p.m.–7 a.m.).
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and perform necessary procedures.
• Evaluate and oversee the care delivered by other caregivers.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless patient management.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained current.
• Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, etc.) may be necessary based on unit requirements.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and performing physical tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
