Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care during full-time night shifts (7p-7a).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications relevant to the role, including BLS and possibly advanced certifications based on department needs.
• Assess physical capabilities required to push, pull, lift, stand, and perform various movements essential for patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN licensure in the state or applicable compact license.
• Certification in BLS, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing.
