Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication use.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans, coordinating across the care continuum.
• Affirms physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintains safety-sensitive standards, working alertly and safely at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required;
• Skills: Critical thinking, patient education, collaborative communication, safety awareness.
