Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

This Registered Nurse (RN) role is based on our Medical Surgical Unit III and involves providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care in a full-time capacity, primarily on the night shift. Responsibilities include Assessing patients’ psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needsDeveloping and implementing individualized care plans using nursing expertiseCoordinating interdisciplinary care, setting goals, and planning discharges tailored to patient and family needs Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN programHold an active Nevada nursing licenseMaintain current BLS certificationPreferably have one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting Key skills include clinical knowledge, communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy.
