Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to healthcare teams, demonstrating Service Excellence at all times.
• Oversee and guide supervised staff, ensuring positive patient outcomes through collaboration and adherence to standards.
• Ensure quality patient care, support the healthcare team, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold service standards.
• Supervise staff, promote collaboration, and maintain compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required by department.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
