About the Role
This Registered Nurse (RN) role involves providing safe, compassionate care on a Medical/Telemetry Unit within an acute care hospital.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care.
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance safety and communication.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to address physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Follow communication best practices to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
