Registered Nurse - Full Time Nights

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, oversee shift routines, and serve as a leader within a caring healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resident care, ensuring quality and compliance
• Lead and direct nursing staff, participate in performance evaluations, and assist in staffing decisions
• Document assessments, charting, and maintain accurate records
• Serve on facility committees and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
• Perform other duties related to resident well-being and unit operations

Requirements

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure
• CPR certification
• Required CEUs for licensure maintenance
• Preferred experience in long-term care
