Registered Nurse - Full Time / Night Shift

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, with adherence to all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.

Key Skills And Responsibilities

• Applies the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Evaluates care provided by team members and collaborates across departments.
• Ensures patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to standards.
• Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and various movements necessary for caregiving.
