Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide safe, competent patient care aligned with facility policies and standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care across various units.Provide professional leadership and support to healthcare team members.Oversee and guide supervised staff to ensure quality care.Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.Maintain compliance with safety, clinical, and facility protocols.Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Minimum one year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within six months of hire.Current RN license in the state.Valid BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by department.Successful passing of pre-employment assessments.Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
