Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing skills to deliver quality care.
• Evaluate care provided by team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, etc.) may be required based on unit.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
