Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Implement Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities.
• Supervise and guide subordinate staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
• RN graduates must hold an interim license granted by the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
