Registered Nurse - Full-Time - Night Shift
About the role
This position involves providing advanced nursing care to critical patients within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with team members to deliver age/developmentally appropriate services. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, effective communication, and building strong relationships to foster a collaborative atmosphere. You will be responsible for supervising other team members, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current nursing license in the state
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 12 months critical care RN experience or ICU Nurse Residency
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards
- Proficient in handling confidential information and utilizing communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Physical activity includes standing, moving, reaching, and handling equipment and materials, with exposure to blood and body fluids. The environment is primarily indoor, with demands for visual acuity and communication skills. Safety and hazard precautions are essential due to exposure to skin and respiratory irritants, electrical equipment, and sharp utensils.
