Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications: Must have graduated from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), hold a current RN license, and obtain/maintain necessary certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required. Skills & Responsibilities: Performs duties in alignment with organizational standards, maintains patient confidentiality, and collaborates with healthcare team members. Assumes responsibility for patient safety and quality of care. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
