Job Summary Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, ensuring high-quality service and safety. Responsibilities Assesses patients accurately based on medical conditions.Administers prescribed medications and performs treatments.Provides age-appropriate care and assists with self-care activities.Develops and evaluates patient and family education plans.Collaborates with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.Supports physicians with procedures, demonstrating technical skills.Addresses psychosocial needs and communicates with social services.Uses resources efficiently, promoting cost-effective practices.Prioritizes patient care to ensure safety and quality.Engages in ongoing professional development and learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy required.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
