About the role
Join our team as a full-time, day shift Renal Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care activities following standards to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
- Develop and modify care plans to meet individual patient needs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid OK or Multistate RN license
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer
