Registered Nurse Full Time Evening

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
• Maintain nursing guidelines and create a compassionate environment
• Support Residents and their families by providing information
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Auditing Resident and department records
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required
• Ensure staff perform duties according to local, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Long-term care experience and strong bedside manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team atmosphere
