Registered Nurse - Full Time Evening

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
• Performs resident assessments
• Educates residents
• Coordinates care
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the state
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Clinical hours or a minimum of 400 hours of RN/LPN experience
• Knowledge of standards and scope of nursing practice
• Competence in age-specific care
• Certification may be required depending on specialty
• Must adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines as defined by the American Nurses Association
