Registered Nurse - Full Time Evening

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care; performs resident assessments; educates residents; coordinates care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to team members. Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the state; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience requirements include clinical hours or a minimum of 400 hours of RN/LPN experience. Knowledge of standards and scope of nursing practice, along with competence in age-specific care, is essential. Additional Requirements: Certification may be required depending on specialty. Must adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines as defined by the American Nurses Association.
