About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role on our Medical/Telemetry Unit.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care
- Performing hourly rounds to enhance safety and patient comfort
- Collaborating with care partners to meet holistic needs
- Using effective communication practices like SBAR during handoffs
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
