Registered Nurse Full Time Day Shift Rotation

We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Wood County Jail in Wisconsin. Schedule

• Full-time, day shift rotation with 12-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotation includes every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting
• Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and recognize changes requiring intervention
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment and professionalism
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and medical records
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-focused healthcare environment

Requirements

Current RN license in Wisconsin; strong clinical judgment and nursing skills; genuine commitment to patient care; dependable and compassionate approach.
