Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

Provides direct, top-of-scope nursing care in an emergency department environment, including trauma and level 1 trauma care, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and interventions aligned with clinical standards
• Support patient safety, quality care, and wellness initiatives
• Precept and mentor new staff and students, fostering professional development
• Participate in specialty education and competency validation with clinical educators

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s preferred
• Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NIHSS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC are preferred or required within specified timeframes
