Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare for an 18-year-old patient requiring G-tube, trach, and PRN ventilator support. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient condition, and supporting care coordination and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Follow established care plans and request updates as needed
• Deliver therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
• Report significant changes to physicians or supervisors
• Document patient responses to treatments
• Educate on healthcare and assist with goal setting

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• Valid Health Certificate and BLS certification
• Experience preferred but not required
