Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents with complex medical and rehabilitative needs.
• Conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments.
• Coordinating individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting both long-term and short-term recovery goals.
• Mentoring support staff, engaging with families, and advocating for resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
