Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

This position is for new graduate nurses or those with less than six months of experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Advocate for patient safety through monitoring and communication
• Educate patients and families
• Perform physical assessments and diagnostic tests
• Manage the patient journey from admission to discharge or transfer

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
• BLS certification within one month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program

Preference for candidates graduating by June 2026.
