About the role
Provide in-home nursing care in Springfield, MO, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver skilled nursing services such as medication management and wound care.
- Support patient recovery from injury, illness, or surgery and help them meet health goals.
- Educate patients and families about care procedures and health management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive patient support.
Requirements
- Active and current RN license.
- Preferred one year of clinical experience; prior home health experience is welcomed but not required, as training is provided.
- Ability to travel locally to patient cases.
