Registered Nurse position in a Medical Cardiology Stepdown unit, delivering care to complex cardiac and medical patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care, including telemetry monitoring and medication administration.
• Manage post-procedure recovery and conduct patient assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in cardiac or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
