About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care quality. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties and assesses patient needs.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or a compact license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (required or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
