About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time home health role in Salem County.
Responsibilities
- Perform home visits to assess and deliver care in designated territories
- Follow individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor and document clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Execute and document doctors' orders accurately
- Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and evaluations
Requirements
- Current RN license in NJ
- Minimum of one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned cases

Pay
Competitive pay of $52.00-$60.00 per hour ($81,122-$93,623 annually) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
