About the role
Provide compassionate, holistic care to diverse communities in Pasco, WA.
Responsibilities
- Offer medical assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and EMR documentation.
- Support providers with diagnostic procedures, IV starts, medication administration, and patient education.
- Collaborate on care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow while maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications
- An active WA RN license.
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred.
- BCLS certification required.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
Pay
$41.26 - $50.55/hour DOE, plus a $7,000 hiring/retention bonus.
Schedule
40 hours/week.
