Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Document all care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
• Support safe discharges and ensure continuity of care.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
