Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care given by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with care standards and safety protocols.
• Perform duties with professionalism and compassion, supporting patient rights and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be needed based on specific unit requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform various physical tasks.
