About the Role

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Work with an interdisciplinary team to support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure high standards of safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents' conditions and report health changes
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Deliver direct nursing care with a focus on dignity and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support CNAs

Requirements
