Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to assess patients referred for orthopedic procedures, ensuring appropriateness and readiness. This full-time role is located at a dedicated orthopedic hospital, emphasizing preoperative care within an orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical, surgical, and anesthesia history, as well as medications
• Determine if additional medical clearance or pretreatment is required
• Provide patient education on procedures and medication management
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission and standards

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
