Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments
• Manage and coordinate care plans for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents
• Supervise CNAs and provide education to residents and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and dignity of care
• Adhere to regulatory standards and promote a supportive, team-focused environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Compassionate with strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and prioritize resident needs
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in skilled nursing and rehab settings
