Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

Provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to support recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Support and mentor fellow staff in managing complex cases
• Celebrate patient milestones and progress

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN preferred
• At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
