Responsibilities
- Supervising treatments
- Leading patient assessments
- Developing care plans
- Addressing patient concerns to support recovery
- Building strong relationships with patients and families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Serving as a resource for staff on complex cases
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- CPR certification
- Preferred certifications in ACLS and CRRN
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital
