Registered Nurse - Full-Time (7am-4pm)

About the role

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and adult medically fragile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver care in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current license as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• Preferred: one year professional nursing experience.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and adapt care accordingly.
