Registered Nurse - Full-Time 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Med/Surg - Wayne)

About the role

The RN utilizes the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with his/her scope of practice. The RN supports the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and on his/her assigned unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
• Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments as necessary
• Support the department's goals and philosophy
• Implement evidence-based practices in patient care

Requirements

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Qualifications

• Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Pay

Salary range provided to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.
