Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Nights

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a regional resource role, primarily working night shifts in ICU and Med/Surg units. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care based on professional standards and theoretical knowledge. The role requires self-scheduling, travel within a 90-mile radius to various facilities, and the ability to work in multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Utilize professional standards and theoretical knowledge in patient care.
• Travel within a 90-mile radius to various healthcare facilities.
• Work in multiple units as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• At least 3 years of recent RN experience in the service line (ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certification.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
