Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Implement the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared goal-setting.Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a competent, professional nursing workforce.Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards.Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to improve outcomes. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong critical thinking, time management, and ability to respond effectively to emergencies.Proficient in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
