Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool (Nights)

Role: Provides direct patient care across multiple inpatient units in a flexible float pool environment. Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates patient needs. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Communicates effectively across care teams and supports professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of two years of acute care experience, RN licensure, and a nursing diploma or associate degree. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, ICU or Emergency Department experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS/PALS certifications, and telemetry interpretation skills. Strong IV therapy skills are essential. This role involves working night shifts, supporting multiple hospital campuses, and adapting to various clinical environments.
