Registered Nurse - Float Pool

This role is for a Registered Nurse supporting women and infants in a dynamic, onsite clinical environment. Responsibilities include: providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes, and modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Key areas of focus: care units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU, guided by evidence-based standards like AWHONN and AACN. Qualifications: RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, at least 6 months of women and infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship, and certifications including NRP within 6 months of hire. BLS certification is required before starting.
