Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care across multiple cardiac units
• Assess and manage high-acuity patients
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer medications and drips
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery
• Accurately document care in the EHR
• Mentor and support newer staff members

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse license
• Strong clinical skills in cardiac care, including rhythm interpretation and medication administration
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Commitment to patient education and compassionate care
