About the role
Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg unit at a hospital facility.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Delegate tasks to licensed nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Qualifications
- BSN or ADN from an accredited institution
- Preferred experience in Critical Care and ER
- Current nursing licensure in applicable state(s)
- BCLS certification within one month
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts on rotating days/nights
- Cover weekends and holidays
- No call obligations
- Possibility of remote or hybrid work options
Pay
Compensation ranges from $44.69 to $64.48 per hour, with incentives up to $10,000 for BSN holders.
